First superstore O'KEY in St.-Petersburg has opened in May, 2002. At this moment in St.-Petersburg are already operate eleven superstores with the total area nearby 87000 m2. By the end of 2007 opening one more superstore O'KEY on the Malaya Balkanskaia street is planned.

In 2005 the network of superstores O'KEY has fallen outside the limits of St.-Petersburg region. Opening superstore O'KEY on July, 10th, 2005 took place in Rostov-on-Don, on February, 23rd 2007 - in Tolyatti, on March, 3rd, 2007 - in Krasnodar. In development plans of "O'KEY" network are new superstores and supermarkets in Moscow, Nizhni Novgorod, Murmansk, Ekaterinburg, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Perm, Volgograd and other cities of Russia.

In May, 2006 in St.-Petersburg the first supermarket "O'KEY-express" has been opened and the network became multisized. Now there are 2 supermarkets at the address of Kolpino, Tverskaya street, 36/9 and Pribrejnaya street, 13, Rybatskoe underground, with the trading area 1200 m2 and 700 m2 accordingly. In the near future in St.-Petersburg are planned to open more than 15 supermarkets.
