O’KEY hypermarket chain offers new opportunities for customers as part of its loyalty program

O`KEY Group S.A. (LSE: OKEY, RAEX – ‘ruA-’) announces a set of expansions to its loyalty program to provide more benefits to customers making purchases at its hypermarkets.    

O’KEY hypermarket chain’s new loyalty program enables customers to earn points and enjoy rewards. Its new enhancements play into the chain’s current nation-wide campaign “Choose the Best – We Make it More Affordable!” designed to make sure that we offer the best value and top quality at the best price. The new point-based loyalty program supersedes the previous discount program.

Members can earn 1 point for every RUB 100 spent at O’KEY hypermarkets. Points are valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase sel ect seasonal and limited-edition products with up to 70% discounts. Loyalty members can also redeem points for special discounts on more than 500 premium brand SKUs offered in the Discounts for Points catalogue, which is updated every month. The enhanced program also preserves the previously introduced 20% birthday discount. In addition, a free seasonal drink is available at all O’KEY cafés for just 1 point, and customers earn 15 welcome points when they activate their loyalty card.

The program members can also enjoy a free taxi ride fr om the hypermarket to their home until 30 August 2020, with purchases worth RUB 3,500 and RUB 5,000 or more entitling customers to rides of up to 5 km and 10 km, respectively. To use the service, customers can either scan the QR code on the receipt using the O’KEY mobile app, go to okmarket.calltovisit.com to enter the promo code provided on the receipt, or call the phone number printed on the receipt. The taxi service is now available at 31 hypermarkets, which are listed on our website. In just one month since its launch in late June, the service offered as part of a pilot project has been used more than 4.6 thousand times.
