The deli and bakery departments at O`KEY hypermarkets operate seven days a week. Here you can buy salads, warm bread, ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat dishes for a hassle-free meal at home.
Freshness is everything
Our cooks and bakers work from 7 am to 7 pm, and around the clock during pre-holiday seasons. At 24/7 hypermarkets, we cook at night all year long.
Products for all tastes
We offer over 2,500 deli and bakery products. This “exclusive collection” has been put together by our best chefs, process managers, nutritionists, cooks and bakers over many years.
Our cooking facilities
Our own production facilities are on a par with large restaurants, offering an array of delicious, top-quality foods made by state-of-the-art equipment and highly qualified staff.
Our chefs and cooks
All our chefs and cooks are trained professionals with at least three years of experience. They hone their skills as trainees in our best hypermarkets – and prove themselves during cooking master classes, contests and competitions.
Over 2,500 dishes
Our range of dishes is constantly updated. About 120 types of cold appetizers, specialties, salads and hot dishes are offered by our deli department daily.
Own recipes
Our specialists have at their disposal our professional recipe database. We have developed a corporate menu based on O`KEY’s unique recipes and prepare dishes from it daily.
Uncompromising safety
Our progressive quality management system is built to legal requirements and is based on the HACCP principles. Every process is checked by a staff health officer daily.

Simple and tasty, professionally cooked home meals are a distinctive feature of O`KEY hypermarkets. Some hypermarkets naturally smoke their fish and chicken on wood chips.
All hypermarkets feature the full cooking cycle
Our products do not contain any preservatives. In Moscow and Saint Petersburg, products can be ordered online.

Shopping in a big-box store takes time. In our cafeteria, you can take a break from shopping to treat yourself to some sandwiches, pancakes or pizza.

Our in-store bakeries offer novelties on a monthly basis
For example, we have recently added another healthy product to our offering – dark scalded flour Fyodorovsky Bread, made from rye and wheat flour using a natural sourdough starter. Our 100%-natural Omega Linseed Bread is an extremely wholesome product, made from linseed and flour.
Warm bread
Warm bread is offered at all of our stores, baked fresh at least two or three times a day. Our customers can be sure that O`KEY’s in-store bakery products are fresh, delicious and wholesome.
